We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included.

3. How long does delivery take?
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+10) are processed the same day
- Estimated Delivery: 6–11 business days from the date of purchase
4. Can I exchange an item?
We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
