Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sunbroke.com, we offer a 30-day voluntary return period. This means you may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a voluntary return, the item must:

  • Be returned in the same condition as received

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all original tags and labels

  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.


Items That Cannot Be Returned (Change of Mind)

The following items are not eligible for return due to change of mind, unless required by law:

  • Hygiene or personal care items where the seal has been broken

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original product (subject to approval).
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
