We currently ship orders within Australia only.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

During peak periods, promotional campaigns, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will notify you accordingly.


3. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum purchase is required.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Estimated total delivery time: 6–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.


5. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (AEST) on a business day will be processed starting the same or next business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.


6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or other restricted locations.

Certain products may be subject to shipping limitations due to carrier rules or Australian regulations.


7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other delivery issues, the parcel may be returned to us.

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sunbroke.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
